Programs
Fairfield Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to offer hundreds of programs for both children and adults of all ages. We pride ourselves in offering healthy activities as well as numerous enrichment courses. We have also listed links to the many non-profit organizations that offer programs in Town.
We produce three brochures a year and have registration start dates that correspond with each brochure release.
SPRING BROCHURE: Watch for our Spring 2012 Brochure due out the week of January 11 with a registration date of Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 9:00 AM. This brochure offers registration for Tennis Lessons, Spring Soccer, March Madness 1st gr. Basketball, numerous Pre-school and Youth Programs, our popular Pre-Teen Players as well as information about the Fairfield Teen Theatre. It is also the time to register for the Summer Playgrounds, Action Squad and Summer Fun for K & 1 programs. Also, start thinking about Beach Stickers, Penfield Lockers and the Golf Courses.
SUMMER BROCHURE: Is due out the week of April 18 and registration will begin on Wednesday, May 2 at 9:00 AM. Featured in this brochure is the Summer Concert Series on Sherman Green and all the Free Family Fun events we offer throughout the summer, the most popular being the 4th of July Fireworks. Programs that might be of interest in this brochure include Swimming, Sailing, Tennis and Golf Lessons. We also offer Pre-school and Enrichment Programs such as Babysitting, Paint, Draw and More and Kindergarten Soccer to name a few. It is also the time to register for the Fall Soccer Program.
FALL & WINTER BROCHURE: Our Fall & Winter Brochure comes out in mid-August with registration just before the start of the new school year. You’ll find Youth and Adult Basketball Leagues, After-school programs and enjoy the nice Autumn weather and register for some youth and adult Tennis Lessons.
Although we are past the registration date of the Fall & Winter Brochure, you may still register for the many programs that still have openings.
