Beaches & Lake Mohegan
Along Fairfield's 5 miles of Long Island Sound coastline are 5 Town beaches. Four miles inland is Lake Mohegan, the Town's only fresh water swimming facility and sprinkler park.
All of Fairfield’s waterfront properties are open with Lifeguards on duty weekends only beginning May 26th through June 17th. The full time season will start June 18. (Schedule subject to change and will be posted.)
Beach Stickers and Lake Passes are required from Memorial Day Saturday to Labor Day. Please go to the Beach Parking page for additional information.
