Reservations for the Penfield Banquet Facilities are done by a lottery system up to one year in advance. On the first business day of each month, those persons wishing to book an event for the next year must be present at the Fairfield Recreation Offices at 75 Mill Plain Road to have their names chosen at random at 9:00 AM. Please note: the person chosen in the lottery is responsible for the contract and payments for the Penfield Reservation. A $400.00 deposit is due upon booking. If a cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the event half of the deposit will be returned. Any cancellations made less than 60 days from the event date, the entire $400.00 deposit will be forfeited. Balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Proof of residency is required to receive resident fees.
If booking less than a year in advance, all reservations must be done in person at the Parks & Recreation Dept. Offices on Mill Plain Road during normal business hours.
